About The Position

This is a part-time project lead coordinator position at MUSC Health in South Carolina, within the EM department's FOCUS project. The role provides administrative support to site/project directors across multiple MUSC ED locations. Travel between MUSC sites (Columbia, Lancaster, Chester, Orangeburg) may be required.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and two years relevant program experience.

Responsibilities

  • Downloads reports from Epic EMR and be proficient with database software including Excel.
  • Provide project lead assistance for the team, including site director and project director. Manages a portfolio of programs and projects, serving as the primary point of contact on program and project status, key performance metrics, strategic and near-term plans, and resource management. Connects, coordinates, and collaborates among various program and project stakeholders to ensure program and project success.
  • Continuously communicates with the project team to keep screening reports updated. Synchronizes project team information on patients contacted, patients unable to contact, patients that have made and kept their first follow-up appointment, and reasons for no follow-up.
  • Coordinates, maintains, and tracks the project request process. Provides regular updates to leadership on program and project status, including the identification of risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
