About The Position

Looking for a role where your networking skills and eye for talent can directly impact the lives of seniors in our community? If you’re a high-energy recruiter who loves building a team from the ground up, Assisting Hands of Collegeville is looking for a Part Time Recruitment Specialist to lead our caregiver hiring and retention efforts. You’ll be the face of our agency, finding the "heart" of our company and ensuring our caregivers feel supported from their first interview through their first 90 days. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Find & Hire: Write job ads, screen applicants, and conduct interviews to find the best caregivers in the area.
  • Onboard & Activate: Manage the full "hiring-to-first shift" pipeline, including background checks, references, and orientation.
  • Build the Culture: Manage our caregiver referral bonus program and lead retention efforts to keep our team happy and engaged.
  • Be the Brand: Represent Assisting Hands at local schools, career centers, and job fairs to build a steady pipeline of talent.
  • Collaborate: Work side-by-side with our Scheduling Coordinator to match new hires with the perfect clients.
