About The Position

The Recruiter is part of the Human Resources team. They are responsible for maintaining the centralized recruitment process and will serve as the experts in screening, interviewing, and hiring process across the organization.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience as a recruiter.
  • 7+ years in the recruitment or Human Resources function preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field, experience in lieu of formal degree considered.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods
  • Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR
  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
  • Recruitment certification such as TAS or CDR a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, partnering with leaders to source, screen and hire candidates.
  • Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, social media included.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates.
  • Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive candidates.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior-level recruiting staff.
  • Work closely with HR and Center leadership, developing relationships and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open.
  • Partner with recruiting team and HR Leadership to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates.
