About The Position

We are looking for an outstanding full-time employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas. As a Recruiter , you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Must have reliable means of communication & transportation
Must have the legal right to work in the USA
Must have the ability to read, speak and write English
Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background

Nice To Haves

Basic HR knowledge preferred, not required

Responsibilities

Recruiting – Phone screens, interviewing, job offers, & internal transfers
Assists with new hire training and orientation
Participates in hiring events
Maintains personnel files
Various HR/Administrative duties
District Manager Support
