About The Position

Fabletics is seeking a passionate Recruiter dedicated to Marketing & Creative functions, as well as supporting hiring activity as needed in other key business areas including technology, finance, product creation and more. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to build strong relationships and drive end-to-end recruiting efforts—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing top talent. As a Recruiter, you will leverage your talent acquisition expertise to attract and engage top talent across your assigned business areas. You bring strong sourcing skills, sound judgment, and a high level of accountability. Success in this role requires resourcefulness, adaptability, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position reports to the VP, Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or a mix)
  • Experience recruiting for operational, corporate, or business functions (e.g., supply chain, customer service, finance, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and creative approaches to build pipelines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting Lead intake meetings, align on role requirements, and advise hiring managers on market insights
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates through the full interview process
  • Drive offer negotiations and close candidates with a strong focus on experience
  • Pipeline Building Proactively build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels and creative strategies to attract talent
  • Data & Process Excellence Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
  • Ensure data integrity and support reporting and insights as needed
  • Stakeholder Communication Provide clear, consistent updates to hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage expectations and drive timely decision-making
  • Recruiting Initiatives Support recruiting projects and process improvements in partnership with the broader TA/People team
