Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Log keys in and out to sales staff.
  • Stock in new vehicles.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping and filing.
