Serves as the initial contact for all callers and visitors to the church. This role involves managing a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors, handling mail, performing general clerical duties, and maintaining office supplies and organization. The receptionist will also need to access and navigate the ShelbyNext membership system and Event Management System, and maintain knowledge of church events and scheduling information.
