About The Position
We are seeking a proactive and organized Part-Time Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at Alta Mira II, a welcoming 57-unit senior living community in Menomonee Falls. This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, takes pride in maintaining a well-managed property, and values building positive relationships with residents. The position offers a consistent part-time schedule and the opportunity to support a community that promotes comfort, stability, and quality of life for older adults.
Requirements
- Prior property management or leasing experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day property operations including leasing, resident relations, and vendor coordination
- Ensure timely rent collection and accurate record-keeping
- Oversee maintenance requests and property upkeep
- Support marketing and community engagement efforts
- Maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
