About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Podiatrist (DPM) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This opportunity offers flexibility and professional support without the overhead and administrative burden of running your own practice. The setting operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model with on-site clinic staff, organized scheduling and patient flow, and a coordinated, team-based care environment. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics, allowing the podiatrist to focus entirely on delivering high-quality podiatric care. This is not a high-volume retail model; podiatrists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent CMC directly within partner locations, emphasizing quality over volume, consistency, predictability, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited program
• Active Indiana podiatry license
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive foot and ankle evaluations
• Diagnose and treat common podiatric conditions affecting senior populations
• Provide preventative foot care and treatment for chronic conditions
