Serve food and beverage to guests in a courteous and friendly manner in accordance with established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards. This role offers a growth path to Restaurant Supervisor/Banquet Server/Captain, and potentially to Restaurant Manager or Banquet Manager. The focus includes taking and placing food and beverage orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, picking up food orders, preparing guest checks and processing payments. The position also involves performing bartending and bussing duties during staff shortages or peak periods, monitoring guest satisfaction scores, adhering to sustainability guidelines (HHM's EarthView program), and practicing safe work habits.
