About The Position

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist who enjoys collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to help students build the skills they need to succeed at school and beyond. This position offers a unique combination of experiences that are difficult to find in a single role. Your primary responsibilities will focus on school-based physical therapy services, while also providing therapy within a residential program serving individuals across the lifespan. For therapists interested in expanding their caseload, there is also the opportunity to provide outpatient pediatric services in our clinic. Requirements

• Is a licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
• Enjoys collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based physical therapy services that support students' participation and success in the educational environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary therapy team.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional mobility, independence, and participation.
• Work with individuals in a residential setting, treating patients across a broad age range and functional abilities.
• Expand your caseload with outpatient pediatric therapy, if desired.
