About The Position

We are looking for motivated and compassionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this rewarding field. As a home care caregiver, you will provide essential services to help seniors and people with disabilities live independently in their own homes. These services may include: Personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping Participates in recreational/social activities Medication reminders Companionship and emotional support Monitor and report client health and safety issues, observes and documents client's behavior May accompany clients to appointments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) credentials preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal history check and a drug screening.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procedures performed by a Certified Nursing Assistant or be willing to be trained.
• Must be willing to clock in and out using electronic verification systems.
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• TB/PPD
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Auto Insurance

Nice To Haves

• 6+ months experience working in a healthcare facility or home care is preferred.

Responsibilities
