About The Position

The Part-time Payroll Processor supports the accurate, timely processing of Strategic Retail Partner's (SRP's) weekly payroll under the direction of the Payroll Manager. The role requires strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and dependable in-office collaboration two days per week with the remaining hours performed remotely. Requirements

Minimum of one year of payroll processing experience.
Prior exposure to payroll, general ledger, or accounting functions.
Intermediate Excel proficiency required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail and organization.
Critical thinker and reliable team player, comfortable working independently on remote days.
Ablility to be on-site at the Denver office two days per week

Nice To Haves

Experience with Paycom and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

Process weekly payroll inputs accurately and on schedule, including hours, corrections, and updates.
Respond to routine payroll inquiries from employees and internal partners, escalating complex issues to the Payroll Manager.
Verify benefit deduction changes in coordination with Human Resources.
Perform standard payroll reconciliations (hours, deductions, pay codes) prior to each pay run.
Maintain organized, audit-ready payroll records and documentation.
Support payroll audits and special reports as assigned by the Payroll Manager
