As a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration, this role serves as the initial point of contact for patients checking into the hospital. Responsibilities include guiding patients through the registration process, confidently answering questions, gathering accurate information in a fast-paced setting, and building trust with patients who may be anxious or overwhelmed. No prior healthcare experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided, making this position an excellent entry point for a career in healthcare.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements

Responsibilities
