About The Position
The Anaheim Convention Center (ACC), owned and operated by the City of Anaheim, is seeking dynamic, customer service-oriented individuals to join its Part-Time Parking Lot Attendant team within the Parking Division. This is a part-time, year-round position, averaging 20 hours per week, with no guaranteed minimum hours. Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Under minimal supervision, Part-Time Parking Lot Attendants direct vehicles to designated parking areas and assist with traffic flow during events.
Requirements
- Knowledge of principles and processes of providing customer service.
- Ability to communicate orally and deal effectively and diplomatically with the public, supervisors, and fellow employees.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in inclement weather.
- Availability to permit scheduling during weekdays, weekends, early mornings, and holidays as assigned.
- Must provide documentation to establish both identity and work authorization.
- Must provide a Social Security Card for payroll processing.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Direct guests to parking spaces.
- Answer questions regarding parking procedures and event information.
- Report unauthorized vehicles entering restricted areas.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
