About The Position
Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Part Time Operator to join their team in Virginia Beach, VA. This role involves answering phone calls, handling customer complaints, and protecting confidential customer information. The company has been serving drivers in the Virginia Beach area since 1964 and has expanded to over 10 dealerships, representing brands such as Honda, BMW, MINI, Toyota, Porsche, Audi, Hyundai, Genesis, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volkswagen.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be able to walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CDK
- Strong organizational and communication skills
