Job Description This position is primarily responsible for processing checks received mainly through the mail and applying them to customer accounts. In this role, you will operate a 10-key pad and a scanner as part of your daily workflow. As a cross-functional position, you will provide valuable production support to multiple groups within Operations Services and across the enterprise. You’ll be entrusted with a wide range of routine tasks within various operational systems and will engage with several internal partners. Responsibilities include handling payment transactions or claims processing, performing data entry, archiving documents, researching and troubleshooting issues, and interacting with both vendors and clients. There may be occasions where you have direct contact with third-party vendors or external customers. You’ll also research exceptions and escalate complex matters to management when necessary. This role may offer the chance to recommend and help implement process improvements within production. Please note, certain aspects of this position may require moving trays and carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years or more of related work experience
