About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly and energetic part-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required as we provide training on how to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tires, and conduct other light maintenance services. The ideal candidate is willing to learn, works hard, and brings a positive attitude. This role offers opportunities for advancement, with over 90% of field leaders being internal promotions. Successful technicians often start with no prior experience and come from diverse backgrounds such as servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, and landscapers.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop

• Drain motor oil
• Change oil filter
