Part Time Nanny
About The Position
A lovely family in North Dallas is seeking a part-time nanny for their four children, ages 8 months, 2 years, 9 years, and 10 years, for an immediate start. Care is needed intermittently on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays for 7–8 hour shifts, with schedules varying between 8am–3pm and 12pm–8pm. The primary focus will be caring for the two youngest children, as the older children are more independent. The family can provide 1–2 weeks’ notice for each upcoming shift. This position pays $15 per hour, and the family is looking for ~23 hours of care per week. Timing/hours will vary each week.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of paid, professional Infant experience is a plus
- CPR certified, or willing to become certified
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
- Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, & valid auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle to transport two children
Responsibilities
- Infant and toddler care, including diaper changes and feeding
- Driving the two younger children (infant and toddler)
- Light meal preparation for the children
