About The Position

A warm and busy family of four relocating to Miami in mid to late August is seeking a part-time Nanny to join their household. Both parents work remotely and have a full-time nanny in place, making this a collaborative childcare role. The part-time nanny will work alongside the full-time nanny to provide approximately 3 to 4 hours of daily childcare coverage for their toddler and infant. The family is looking for a long-term fit who genuinely loves working with young children and can grow with the family as their needs evolve. 20 hours per week are guaranteed, with flexibility to increase to 30 hours. In-person presence at the Miami home is expected the majority of the time. Some travel may be required initially to assist with the family’s relocation.

Requirements

Comfortable round dogs
CPR and First Aid certified preferred
Minimum 5 years of professional childcare experience
Comfortable working collaboratively alongside another nanny
Fluency in English; Spanish a plus given Miami location
Comfortable with travel
Strong verifiable references from comparable roles
Valid US work authorization
Reliable transportation
Must be available to start as soon as the right fit is identified
Based in Miami Beach or a close-in mainland neighborhood (South Beach, Mid-Beach, North Beach, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Bay Harbor Islands, Edgewater, Wynwood, Design District, or Downtown)
Own reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
