About The Position

A lovely family in Scenic Heights seeks a part-time nanny for their 6-month-old starting at the end of July. Care is needed on Monday–Thursday, from 8am until 3pm. The ideal candidate is friendly, engaging, and responsible.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of paid, professional toddler care experience
• CPR certified, or willing to become certified
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to provide 2 childcare-related references
• Able to pass criminal background and social media screenings
• Must be comfortable with family’s friendly cat
• Must be fully vaccinated, including Flu, Tdap, and COVID-19 vaccines

Nice To Haves

• Preferably someone who has a valid driver’s license and their own vehicle, as the family’s home is located in the suburbs without accessible public transportation

Responsibilities

• Age-appropriate developmental activities
• Diaper changing
• Bottle feeding
• Engaging with the child; reading, taking the child out for a walk at the nearby park in the stroller, and limiting screen time
• Nap/bedtime routines
