About The Position

This position at Trinity Property Consultants involves being the face of multiple properties (two or more), providing exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents. Requirements

  • At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.
  • Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms.
  • Occasional climbing may be required.
  • Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary.
  • Ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
  • Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
  • Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
  • Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
  • Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
  • Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
  • Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
  • Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
