About The Position

Scheels is seeking a Part-Time Morning Cleaning Crew Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the store, ensuring a positive experience for customers and associates. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 months of experience. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
1-3 months of experience
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Follow all safety procedures and perform job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury.

Responsibilities

Vacuum, mop, sweep, clean, and empty waste baskets
Clean windows and doors
Restock cleaning supplies and restroom items
Operate commercial cleaning equipment
Answer and respond to phone calls, such as spills, wet floors, and general clean-up
Pick up trash in the parking lot and around the outside of the store
Sanitation of the facility restrooms and their fixtures
Report any needed repairs to the supervisor, including but not limited to leaky faucets, toilets, loose tiles, or broken fixtures
Maintain a high attention to detail, ensuring all areas of the property are clean and meet Scheels' expectations for appearance
