Requirements

Knowledge in the proper use of power equipment and basic hand tools.
Able to understand simple written English instructions.
Able to communicate effectively.
20/20 vision or correction to 20/20.
Able to stand entire shift.
Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Able to work in moderate noise levels.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Manual dexterity.
Full range of motion, including but not limited to, standing, bending, walking, twisting, grasping and reaching as necessary to complete the job assigned.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual a plus.
Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate fabricating machines including, drill presses, grinders and manual benders.
Assemble metal bimini top frames and kayak seats using handheld drills and air riveters.
Maintain quality assurance standards.
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.
Assist with loading trucks.
Boxing of fully assembled and ups-able bimini tops.
Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
General housekeeping by keeping area clean and organized.
Operate automated benders and assist in assembly and packaging of orders.
Pull stock and package stock orders.
Pass a Forklift Certification Exam.
