About The Position

WP Beverages is seeking a Part Time Merchandiser in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area. The role executes Pepsi Cola marketing strategies by ordering products and maintaining appropriate service levels in assigned accounts. The merchandiser maintains stock levels across shelves, coolers, displays, back rooms, and point-of-purchase areas, while pursuing additional shelf, display, and cooler space. The position works with account team members to reduce out-of-date and damaged product, communicate opportunities, and resolve issues. It supports profitable growth through efficient beverage distribution, customer service, and customer-focused marketing programs. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at $20.70 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed.
• Valid state driver's license and personal auto insurance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with a professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds from floor to waist, chest, or shoulder height and pull a cart loaded with up to 220 pounds.
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States; the company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Execute Pepsi Cola marketing strategies and order products while maintaining proper service levels within assigned accounts.
• Safely and efficiently maintain product stock levels on shelves, in coolers, displays, back rooms, and point-of-purchase areas.
• Pursue additional shelf, display, and cooler space.
• Work with team members to minimize out-of-date and damaged products in assigned accounts.
• Communicate proactively with account team members to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
• Support profitable growth through efficient beverage distribution, customer service, and customer-focused marketing programs.
