About The Position

Inspira Education Group is seeking passionate and driven Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) Tutors to help students succeed in MCAT test preparation and medical school admissions. This part-time, remote role involves one-on-one tutoring, creating personalized study plans, and providing expert guidance on all sections of the MCAT exam. The position requires approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling that may include weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends. The role is open to candidates in the United States and Canada.

Requirements

• Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required)
• Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Have previously taken the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) (copy of official score report required)
• 1–2 years of previous teaching or tutoring experience desired
• Able to provide MCAT test preparation for the full exam and each section
• Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote tutoring environment
• A baseline MCAT score of 521+

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the MCAT exam
• Tailor an MCAT test prep curriculum to students’ needs
• Track and analyze student progress and performance
• Create and maintain project trackers to monitor MCAT preparation progress
• Keep students’ families up to date on academic progress and MCAT milestones
• Be passionate about education and an expert MCAT tutor and thought leader for your students
