Represents the hotel at the main entrance by greeting arriving and departing guests enthusiastically and courteously. Directs traffic at the main entrances to ensure luggage assistance for all guests. Reads luggage tags and provides claim tickets. Grasps, lifts, and moves packages and luggage from vehicles, places them on baggage carts, and stores them in a secure area. Retrieves luggage from storage for checking-out guests. Greets guests immediately with a friendly welcome. Replenishes stock in the Suite Shop. Responds to guest inquiries regarding hotel features and assistance. Provides clear directions to facilities and attractions. Assists in loading luggage carts from storage for guests. Answers the Luggage Assistant station's telephone and provides accurate information. Maintains an alert and attentive demeanor, remaining calm during heavy business volumes. Advises housekeeping as necessary to maintain a clean hotel entrance.
