About The Position
Germain Volvo Cars North Hills is seeking a Part-time Loan Car Coordinator in Wexford, PA. This position is part-time, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and alternating Saturdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a pay rate of $16-$17 per hour based on experience. The Loaner Car Coordinator is responsible for managing the loaner car fleet at the dealership, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate between customers and service advisors.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficient with basic computer applications.
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the availability and scheduling of loaner vehicles for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle usage and mileage.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle availability and status.
- Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and serviced regularly.
- Assist with inventory management and other administrative duties as needed.
