About The Position
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient running of the Store. This role involves leading by example, modeling desired behaviors for the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, and achieving sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder will also be responsible for essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with previous retail experience looking for their first supervisory role and a fulfilling career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
