About The Position

As a Bartender at High Hotels LTD, you will be responsible for accurately taking guest orders and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. This position is located at the SpringHill Suites on West Drive in Center Valley, PA. This is a part-time position with shifts from 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM on varying days, including weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays. Flexibility with these hours is required. Weekend and Holiday availability is required. Weekends include a $1/hour shift premium! Starting Rate: $12.92/hr. Potential for increase is based on experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous bartending experience.
Customer service experience.
Must be capable of accurately handling money.
Reading, math, and communication skills.
Availability to work holidays and weekends is required.
Adhere to brand and company standards.

Responsibilities

Responding to guest requests and inquiries.
Keeping bar area clean in accordance with company standards.
Maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
Preparing, mixing and serving drinks to hotel guests directly or through serving staff.
Developing an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times.
