About The Position

Hosts/Hostesses at Westmoor Country Club welcome members and their guests to their dining experience, whether it is for an a la carte meal, special event, or private function, indoors or outdoors. Experience is preferred and experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus; however, in-house training is available. Part-time (20 to 25 hours per week on average) positions are available with an opportunity for overtime and/or extra shifts during peak seasons.

Requirements

Flexible work schedule; able to work varying shifts to include holidays, weekends, and evenings
Enthusiasm for providing personal, professional, and welcoming service to members and guests
Willingness to work as part of a team
Willing to perform other job-related duties as assigned

Nice To Haves

Experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet members and their guests as they arrive, showing them to their tables
Communicate with the club's concierge staff via telephone to book accommodate reservations
Professionally and effectively communicate with members and fellow employees
Assist with stocking work stations, rolling silverware, re-setting vacated tables, private event set-up, organizing storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties as required to maintain the dining areas
