About The Position

Evolution is hiring Part-Time Game Hosts at our Atlantic City studio. You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world. Choose your hours — 12, 16, or 24 per week. Consistent schedule. Real pay. Tips on top. We train you. No casino experience needed. No hosting experience required. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• At least one year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule

Responsibilities

• Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Speak to online players in a friendly, professional, and engaging way
• Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
• Keep the game moving smoothly every shift
• Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
• Complete paid training through Evolution Academy

• $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
