LINQ is seeking applicants to join our fulfillment team at our Pittsburgh office location as a part time team member. If you have experience in shipping, kitting packages for a retailer, or prior experience in mobile device retail, this could be the next opportunity for you to continue your career in the mobile services space. Our Fulfillment Specialist team directly supports our mobile clients by ensuring their order is shipped efficiently and correctly. They provide customized solutions to clients including provisioning and kitting devices, inventory management and responding to Client requests to ensure that our clients have an excellent experience with their device management. Compensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Base rate of pay will be $20.17-22.11/hr. Work Location and Schedule: This position is based in our Pittsburgh, PA office. This is a fully in-person role requiring the ability to work from the office for scheduled shifts. This is a part time position. While we will try to be flexible with scheduling, our busiest work days are Monday-Wednesday and candidates who can work these days will be given preference. Scheduling can be 4-8 hours daily, Monday-Friday. Further details will be discussed in selection process. As our Fulfillment Specialist, you will: Complete device requests for LINQ’s clients, including preparing devices, kitting accessories, inventory management, provisioning, and processing returns per client specifications. Prepare devices for shipment to customer specifications and ensure proper documentation of shipments for insurance and tracking purposes. Ensure that the device request queue is being managed effectively and that you are hitting your individual KPIs and metrics. Effectively communicate with clients as necessary to ensure that they have a positive experience. Resolve client issues including responding to incidents and errors appropriately. Act as a proactive voice to inform leadership of observed internal IT or client procedural issues. Assists with updating procedures as necessary to effectively serve clients. Collaborate with cross-functional support groups on requests and projects, for both Internal and external clients. Routinely communicate status updates on long-term projects and exercise consistent follow up. Learn about Mobile Device Management solutions to better support clients. Work in our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse five days a week. The nature of this role requires on-site work.
