Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods (more than 8 hours).
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and various shifts, including but not limited to, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Unique personality and passion for the role and the team.

• Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• Comfortable communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Tabletop maintenance: stock and maintain cleanliness of service stations to include supplies, condiments, clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, ice.
• Cleaning and polishing all service supplies.
• Making coffee and iced tea, refill water, and fulfilling special requests for guests.
• Preventing and correcting imperfections and blemishes within the hotel.
• Reporting imperfections and working with other positions to correct them.
• Communicating with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment.
