About The Position
The Part-Time Food Service Worker position is a fast paced customer service position. Responsibilities include replenishing, maintaining and cleaning food venues. At times will prepare student orders at a Marketplace venue under the direction of a culinary staff member. Duties may include refilling beverage dispensers with milk or juices and/or the ice cream machine as well as assisting the dish room during busy times. This position has opportunity to interact with the diverse student population of Grinnell College.
Requirements
- High school diploma or 4 years or experience is required
- Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, etc.

- Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Six months or more experience in commercial food services or an equivalent combination of education, training and expertise
- Serve Safe Certificate
