About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Macy's Moreno Valley delivers a world-class customer experience, surpasses sales goals, and supports store operations during peak hours and other high-traffic periods. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, and builds genuine connections that encourage brand loyalty. The schedule varies with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, with greater availability needed during peak times. Hours may range from 4 hours per month in slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application. Pandora is a global jewellery brand focused on accessible luxury and self-expression. Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and may vary with business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
