The Flex Sales Associate role is designed for individuals who are ultimate Pandora fans, responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers innovatively. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, primarily during peak hours such as evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods like promotions or product launches. Associates are expected to share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery. Applicants will need to complete an assessment after submitting their application.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate being a results-oriented seller.
  • Developed a sense of Care in communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Be at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Timely arrival to work.
  • Commitment to a flexible schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
  • Provide reliable support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
