About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Otay Ranch Town Center store delivers a world-class shopping experience, exceeds sales goals, and finds engaging ways to attract and connect with customers (“fans”). The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, builds brand loyalty, and supports store operations during peak hours and other periods when additional coverage is needed.

This role has a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times. Hours may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, and other high-traffic times. An assessment will be emailed to applicants after they submit an application.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
• Care in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
