About The Position
The Natural Sciences and Engineering Department at Point Park University is seeking adjunct instructors to teach Physics courses during the Fall 2026 semester, which runs from August 31, 2026, to December 18, 2026. The available courses are PHYS 101 (Physics I) on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and PHYS 103 (Physics Laboratory I) on Mondays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Applicants must reside in the area where classes are taught or be willing to travel to the class location at their own expense. The application deadline is July 15, 2026.
Requirements
- A master's degree or higher in Physics or a closely related field.
- Must live in the area where classes are taught, or be willing to travel to class location at own expense.

- Teaching experience at the college level is preferred.
