About The Position
The Honors College at NKU is seeking part-time adjunct faculty. Faculty members will teach honors courses. These positions report to the Associate Dean of the Honors College.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD
- Experience teaching writing/reading and/or working with first-year college students
- Experience with interdisciplinary research and learning
- Curriculum Vitae or Resume
- References
- Evidence of teaching effectiveness or teaching philosophy
Responsibilities
- Teach between three and nine hours (1-3 classes) of college writing and/or reading per semester.
- Provide support to students through office hours.
- Align assignments and curriculum with programmatic and university student learning outcomes.
