Part-time Faculty: Business Management Instructor (hiring pool)
About The Position
Lakeland Community College is establishing a pool of qualified part-time instructors to teach various Business Management courses, including General Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Human Resources, as needed. Part-time instructional assignments are dependent on student enrollment, course demand, and departmental needs. The department is accepting applications for future part-time teaching opportunities at the Lakeland campus. Selected applicants may be contacted when a need arises. Courses may be offered during day and evening hours, as well as online. The college serves over 5,000 students annually, offering a range of educational opportunities from high school credit courses to workforce preparation and transfer programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional work experience directly related to the specific course discipline (e.g., management, HR, marketing, entrepreneurship, etc.)
- MBA or related master’s degree
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US for any employer
- Ohio residency
Nice To Haves
- Experience teaching or leading relevant training in industry
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
Responsibilities
