About The Position

WSI Trash & Recycling Valet is hiring an Evening Field Support Lead across the Nampa/Meridian area. This role offers a consistent evening schedule with real leadership responsibility. Shifts run 3–5 hours per evening, Monday through Friday, starting around 5:30 PM. Prior experience is helpful but not required, as full training is provided. This is a leadership position with a direct path into management. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate, and the competitive pay is $20–$25/hr depending on assignment.

Requirements

Applicants must be 18 or older.
Valid Idaho driver's license.
Current auto insurance.
Smartphone with an active data plan and location services enabled.
Able to speak, read, and write in English.
Meet the physical demands of the role (extensive walking, ascending/descending stairs, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in varying weather conditions).
Available Monday through Friday evenings.
Willingness to travel throughout Canyon County and Ada county from Nampa to Meridian.
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.

Prior valet trash, porter, or field operations experience.

Responsibilities

Support nightly trash and recycling valet routes across apartment communities each evening.
Monitor routes and provide on-site support to Valet Porters, stepping in to perform collection duties when coverage is needed.
Collect bagged trash, recycling, and cardboard from residents' doors and transport materials to onsite dumpsters, chutes, or compactors.
Inspect recycling for contamination and ensure proper separation.
Check in/out while documenting your route using a mobile app.
Issue courtesy compliance notices.
Upload required photos.
Clean up loose trash near dumpsters and compactor areas.
Assist with training new team members.
Complete quality audits.
Occasionally service pet waste stations.
