About The Position

Jeff Wyler Louisville is now hiring Part-Time Drivers. This role involves picking up and delivering vehicles between dealerships, maintaining a professional appearance, and ensuring accurate paperwork and vehicle condition checks. The driver will inspect vehicles for damage, verify all accompanying items (keys, guides, etc.), and report any discrepancies or damage to management immediately. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring all required items are present and that vehicles are in good condition upon delivery and acceptance.

Requirements

Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets company standards.
A friendly and positive demeanor
Excellent listening skills to ensure clear communication and understanding.
Exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills, both on and off the road

Responsibilities

Picks up and delivers vehicles between dealerships.
Maintains professional appearance.
Ensures that each vehicle's vehicle identification and stock numbers match the paperwork.
Ensures copies of dealer invoices accompany paperwork for each vehicle.
Ensures that the vehicle being traded is clean and undamaged before leaving the lot.
Notifies GSM or the Manager on duty immediately if any damage is found on the vehicle being traded.
Ensures all reference guides, keys, wheel locks, etc., accompany all traded vehicles and delivers this information to the appropriate manager when the trade is complete.
Thoroughly inspects newly traded vehicles, inside and out, before accepting delivery from the dealership.
Contacts GSM or the Manager on duty before leaving their lot if damage is found (i.e. scratches, door dings, etc.).
Notes any missing keys, books, wheel locks, floor mats, etc.
Makes every effort to ensure these items accompany the appropriate vehicle.
Always makes sure accessories that are listed are in fact on the vehicle.
Performs other duties as required.
