About The Position

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.67 to $33.14. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience. This is a Part Time position, working 14 - 29 hours per week, including nights and weekends. As a Nike Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering merchandise to local Nike stores in a timely, safe, and lawful manner. You will also receive freight shipments daily, replenish items by picking and loading them for delivery, prepare merchandise for stores' sales floors by pricing, hanging, folding and/or sensoring, process merchandise transfers, and communicate frequently via telephone with the stores served. This role is part of the Service Center team and contributes to impactful customer experiences.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend and stand during entire shift.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates in person and via telephone.
• Good basic reading, writing, and counting skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail skill.
• Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency with little to no supervision.
• Ability to motivate yourself and others to meet goals.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Shipping and receiving experience within a retail or warehouse.
• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on service center needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating or driving a 26 foot box truck or similar vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivering merchandise to local Nike stores in a timely, safe, and lawful manner.
• Receiving freight shipments daily.
• Replenishing items that the stores sell throughout the day by picking them and loading them for delivery.
• Preparing merchandise for the stores’ sales floors by pricing, hanging, folding and/or sensoring merchandise.
• Processing merchandise transfers to various Nike locations.
• Communicating frequently via telephone with the stores served.
• Operating delivery, shipping, and receiving duties, stocking products, and cleaning.
