About The Position

We are looking for a driver who knows Fresno and Clovis and likes being on the road. You'll drive assigned neighborhoods at an easy pace — usually a couple hours at a time — and spot homes that look distressed, overgrown, run-down, or possibly vacant. When you see one, you pin it in our app (we train you — it's simple) so our team can reach out to the owner. If you can navigate these streets and pay attention to detail, you can do this job. No sales background needed.

Requirements

• Know Fresno and Clovis well
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your own auto insurance
• A clean driving record
• A smartphone and a good eye for detail
• Dependable and self-motivated

Nice To Haves

• Already driving for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, or Amazon
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned neighborhoods slow and steady, a couple hours at a time
• Spot and pin distressed, overgrown, or vacant-looking homes in our app (Deal Machine)
• Leave door tags at select properties
• Knock on a few doors when we ask (light and friendly — no hard selling)
