About The Position
This rewarding position supports women and their infants in a residential treatment program for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Working every other weekend, you'll help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where individuals can focus on recovery, parenting, and building a healthier future.
Requirements
- One year of direct care experience working with adults and/or families with substance abuse and/or mental health needs
- Criminal history fingerprint background investigation
- DMV record check
- Child Registry search
- Drug screening test
- Employment reference checks

Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and support in a residential treatment setting.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, household routines, and infant care as needed.
- Encourage participation in recovery programming, life skills development, and therapeutic activities.
- Observe and document client progress, behaviors, and safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records.
- Help create a positive, recovery-focused environment that promotes safety, wellness, and independence.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and treatment team to support client success.

- Shift Differential: $2.50/hour for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
