About The Position

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting at Candler Hospital in Savannah, GA. This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week, with rotating weekends, and offers a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. The role involves working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care. New graduates are welcome to apply, provided they are registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration or eligible.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
