Requirements

Detail-oriented and organized.

Full weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) availability is required.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with customers.
Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
Set up Deli service cases by 9 a.m., including signage.
Prep and cook rotisserie chickens, maintaining appropriate in-stocks throughout the day.
Set up and produce hot foods for the service case from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Process customer requests and complete orders daily for all service cases, hot and cold.
Take party tray orders and produce daily needs.
Complete end-of-day cleaning of all hot and cold service cases.
Respond to customer questions in an effective manner.
Stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards.
Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers.
