About The Position

The Part Time Courier is responsible for traveling to Bank of Springfield branches in Springfield and Chatham to deliver mail. This role also involves vehicle care, following security procedures, and assisting with mail operations as time permits. Additional projects and deliveries may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Basic knowledge of bank policies and procedures
• Basic communication skills
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Travels to Bank of Springfield branches in Springfield and Chatham to deliver mail to recipients at each location.
• Employee may be responsible for vehicle care including but not limited to gas fill up, oil changes, and car wash as needed.
• Following proper opening and closing procedures to maintain facility security.
• As time allows employee will assist with the operation of the postage machine for outgoing mail.
• Other projects/deliveries as assigned.
