Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook, with a specialization in grill cooking, in a professional kitchen setting.
• Knowledge of various grilling techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

• Possession of a food handler's permit or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill dishes according to menu specifications and recipes.
